Wright State University-Main Campus offers an education program to become a Software Engineer in the Computer Science Department. Students in this program develop the theoretical background and practical skills to design, build, and implement software applications. Students acquire a knowledge of software engineering principles and learn how to apply them in order to develop secure, reliable and efficient software. Coursework focuses on programming, software construction, and engineering algorithms.
